My Story

I enrolled in the Manual Lymphatic Drainage courses in pursuit of a new approach to sports recovery.  I had taken a distance class many years prior and never really learned the technique.  I understood the system as an active part of the body's passive or 'at rest' recovery system.  The intensive course helped me to practice what I have previously studied and to make connections in the Lymphatic world.

After receiveing my lymphatic certificate I then had a lot of practice on clients who were pursuing cosmetic surgery.  Manual Lymphatic is great for recovery from any body trauma.

**This style is only in support of the current system in place, This style of massage is not painful and will not require any fluid management**

Where does the fluid go?

During this style of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, the fluid is processed normally, like any other recoevery process.  If you want to utilize your drains, this massage may not be for you.
